Section 1 is in the key of G (F#).

Section 1 alternates between a low part and a high part driven by the lead.

Lead

The lead plays a variation of shangara sticking in the form

triplet (RRL) double (RL) triplet (RRL) double (RL) double (RL) double (RL) double (RL)

It sounds good if the lead enters with the pickup to answer (GF#D) phrase.

This is the basic low part.

Section 2 is in the Key of C (no F#).

The Lead calls Section 2 in and then Soprano 1 and the Soprano 2/ Tenor 1 combo layer in. Upon hearing the call, Soprano 2 and Tenor 1 finish their phrases and then enter Section 2.
